We’re looking for a Social Media Manager that has the drive to stay current on leading industry trends while creating solid strategies and content that develops, grows and maintains an audience, and promotes a positive voice for our clients’ brands.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media brand strategies, campaigns, and plans to build brand/company awareness
  • Develop social media content that aligns with the business goals of the client and follows the content strategy provided by our team
  • Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
  • Manage the reporting system, incorporate optimization strategies, analyze data, and research the best ways to increase traffic
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (content including original text, images, videos and links to relevant third-party news)
  • Establish specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Analyze effectiveness of social media content
  • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, such as promotions and contests
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, social management tools
  • Maintain relevant content library including images, videos, links and other collateral to leverage as part of the social strategy
  • Monitor competitor and industry social media accounts
  • Communicate directly with clients, participating in project initiation, content reviews and status calls
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant social media experience
  • Building material and home improvement category knowledge a plus
  • Proven experience in Social Media with metrics of success
  • Able to explain complex social media data in an understandable way
  • Intimate knowledge of social media platforms including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Houzz
  • Excellent skills in communication and writing in the social space
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable working with cross-functional teams
  • Reputation management experience a plus
  • Knowledge of social media advertising platforms required
  • This is an in-office position
