Digital Media Manager

We’re looking for a Digital Media Manager that has the drive to stay current on leading industry trends while executing, maintaining, optimizing and reporting on current media campaigns. As part of our in-house digital team, you’ll be in a position to drive the digital media planning and buying process while collaborating with the agency’s account service, creative, project management and digital teams to flawlessly execute our multi-platform media campaigns on behalf of our clients.   • Collaborate with Director of Digital Strategy to create, plan, organize and implement the media processes & best practices within the agency.
  • Manage performance expectations of all digital media
  • Own and manage the campaign delivery roadmap of optimization, ensuring that all programs are driving value, innovation and cross-channel alignment with the wider business
  • Maintain positive relationships with media partners while staying up to date on vendor capabilities, costs, media kits and creative options and technology
  • Utilize media research tools and other available resources during plan development RFP development and media proposal development
  • Execute plans and report on campaign performance and effectiveness ensuring accurate reporting
  • Manage and maintain all campaign documents, including flowcharts, creative specs, material deadlines and tracking URL’s
  • Coordinate campaign creative needs and oversee timelines and deliverables for all creative needs to ensure on-time delivery to media partners
  • Monitor campaign deliverables, timelines, budgets and results to ensure that client goals are being met Participate in and prepare presentations for client calls to discuss campaign performance, interpretation of data, and actionable plans based on findings
  • Ongoing engagement through researching trends to identify media that is most effective at reaching the target audiences Ongoing analysis of competitive media reports
  • Provide high level of customer service to clients with effective communication, timely responses to requests and proactive resolution of potential issues
  • Manage media innovation thought leadership, including new ways of reaching/engaging consumers, targeting, data and measurement


  • Deep knowledge of the media planning and buying process
  • Experience executing digital media campaigns across multiple channels with multiple tactics including, but not limited to, Paid Social, AdWords, Display/Retargeting, Native, Video and Email
  • Experience using Google Analytics, DoubleClick and Tag Manager Ability to quickly gain an understanding of a client’s business and industry
  • Works cooperatively, collaboratively, and respectfully in a team environment Ability to learn new skills quickly and stay on top of digital and industry trends
  • Strong organization skills along with project management skills with great attention to detail Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in working with and managing numbers/data Self-starter; demonstrates energy and creativity
  • Strong communication skills and excellent follow-through
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising/communications or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital media planning and execution using various ad technology including Ad Serving, Media Planning and/or relevant digital media tools.
